Welcome to the unique website of the Lewis and Clark Bluegrass Expedition, we are happy you found our website and
want to come back often to check us
out and see what is
going on with us.
Eric Lewis and Kirby Clark are
two dedicated professional
musicians with many years of
music talent to offer all their fans world wide. Both are from Missouri and started on their music journey at a young age. Both have worked very diligently to accomplish their goals.
The name of the group
originated from the idea of Lewis
and Clark making their expedition to chart out wild and unknown territory and did not know if they would be able to accomplish their mission, but with their persistence
they did what they set out
to do. These two musicians have
been to several unknown areas to play
the music they love. And like the two pioneers, these two have made their mark on the bluegrass music world.
On this homepage you will find some very interesting stories and information about bluegrass that a lot of folks do not realize. You can read about the origination of blue- grass music as well as the beginning of bluegrass on the Grand Ole Opry. You can find information how the
Grand Ole Opry started too.

The man that started it all in the bluegrass music
business, was a lot like Lewis and Clark in his selfwill and dedication to the music he created, Bill Monroe was on a mission
and he too went on an expedition to chart out unknown area and brought us to the utopia and peak of the mountain that so many
times besets everyone in the bluegrass world of having to overcome a lot of obstacles to reach our goal.
